By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain portions of the Services, including purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, phone number, and shipping address.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person without our permission.

Certain products sold through Verelle Market may be manufactured, supplied, distributed, or fulfilled by third parties.
Every completed order placed through Verelle Market includes two components: (1) the purchase of the product or products identified in the order, and (2) enrollment in the Verelle VIP Club as described in Section 5.
The Verelle VIP Club is not a separate optional add-on to an otherwise completed order. It is included as part of every completed order placed through the Services, except where we expressly state otherwise or where the customer already has an active VIP Club membership.
By clicking Pay Now, submitting an order, or otherwise completing a purchase through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your order includes Verelle VIP Club enrollment and that the membership will automatically continue after the free first month at $29.99 per month until canceled.
If you do not agree to the Verelle VIP Club enrollment, automatic renewal, recurring monthly charge, or cancellation terms, you should not submit or complete an order through the Services.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products and services included in the order and, where you are not already an active VIP Club member, to enroll in the Verelle VIP Club under these Terms.
By submitting the order, you authorize Verelle Market and its payment service providers to process the amount due for your product purchase and to use the payment method associated with your order for the recurring VIP Club charges described in Section 5.
Verelle Market reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason.
Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance or begin processing or fulfilling the order.
We must receive or successfully authorize payment before processing an order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided with your order.
If we cancel an order before fulfillment and that order created a new VIP Club membership, we may also cancel the associated membership unless you separately request or authorize it to remain active.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy as published on our website.
Unless otherwise authorized by us, you represent that products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.
Prices, promotions, discounts, membership offers, and other pricing terms may change without notice except where notice is required by applicable law.
The price applicable to a product purchase will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors as permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, customs duties, import charges, or other governmental fees.
Promotional pricing may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms with respect to that promotion, the promotional terms will control.
Every completed order includes Verelle VIP Club enrollment for customers who do not already have an active membership.
The standard VIP Club billing terms are:
First month: $0.00 (FREE)
After the free first month: $29.99 per month
Renewal: automatic each month until canceled
The VIP Club membership charge is separate from the amount charged for the products contained in your order. The recurring membership fee does not represent a recurring shipment or automatic repurchase of the product contained in your original order unless a separate product subscription is expressly disclosed.
By clicking Pay Now, submitting an order, or otherwise completing a purchase, you authorize Verelle Market and its payment service providers to charge the payment method associated with your order for the recurring VIP Club fee after the free first month and for each subsequent monthly billing period until cancellation.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information.
You agree to promptly update information necessary for us to complete transactions or recurring payments, including your billing address, payment method, expiration date, and contact information.
You represent and warrant that:
the payment information you provide is accurate;
you are authorized to use the applicable payment method;
charges authorized by you may be submitted to your payment provider; and
you are responsible for applicable charges associated with purchases and recurring memberships you authorize.
You acknowledge that Verelle Market and its service providers may maintain electronic records relating to your transaction and membership, including order details, transaction timestamps, customer account information, payment authorization records, membership status, communications, cancellation records, and the version of these Terms in effect when the transaction occurred, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Such records may be used to administer your account, process payments, respond to disputes or chargebacks, investigate fraud or abuse, demonstrate transaction history, and comply with legal or payment-network requirements.
EVERY COMPLETED ORDER PLACED THROUGH VERELLE MARKET INCLUDES ENROLLMENT IN THE VERELLE VIP CLUB. THE FIRST MONTH OF MEMBERSHIP IS FREE ($0.00). AFTER THE FREE FIRST MONTH, THE MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUES AT $29.99 PER MONTH UNTIL CANCELED.
By clicking Pay Now, submitting an order, or otherwise completing a purchase through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction includes both (1) your product purchase and (2) enrollment in the Verelle VIP Club under the recurring billing terms described in these Terms. You authorize Verelle Market and its payment service providers to charge the payment method associated with your order $29.99 per month after the free first month until you cancel the membership.
You may cancel the Verelle VIP Club at any time as described in Section 5. Cancellation stops future membership charges after the cancellation becomes effective. If you do not agree to the Verelle VIP Club enrollment and recurring billing terms, do not place an order through the Services.
The Verelle VIP Club ("VIP Club") is a recurring membership program offered by Verelle Market.
Every completed order placed through Verelle Market automatically enrolls the customer in the VIP Club if the customer does not already have an active VIP Club membership, except where we expressly state otherwise.
VIP Club enrollment is part of the transaction associated with the order. By clicking Pay Now, submitting an order, or otherwise completing a purchase through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that the order includes VIP Club enrollment and the recurring billing terms described in this Section.
If you do not agree to be enrolled in the VIP Club or to the recurring billing terms described in these Terms, do not place an order through the Services.
New VIP Club memberships include a one-month introductory membership period at $0.00.
The free first month begins when the membership is created in connection with the completed order. No standard VIP Club membership fee is charged for that introductory month.
Unless you cancel before the free first month ends, the VIP Club automatically converts to a paid recurring membership and the payment method associated with your order will be charged $29.99 per month until cancellation.
The free first month is generally available only once per customer or membership account unless we expressly offer another promotional period. Placing additional orders does not restart or extend the free first month unless expressly stated otherwise.
After the free first month, the standard VIP Club membership fee is $29.99 per month.
The membership automatically renews for successive monthly membership periods until you cancel it or we terminate it in accordance with these Terms.
Your first paid membership charge will be processed after the free first month ends. Subsequent membership charges will generally be processed once during each monthly billing cycle.
The recurring VIP Club fee is separate from the amount paid for any product order.
By clicking Pay Now, submitting an order, or otherwise completing a purchase through the Services, you authorize Verelle Market and its payment service providers to use the payment method associated with your order for the VIP Club membership.
Your authorization includes:
a VIP Club membership charge of $0.00 for the first month;
a charge of $29.99 when the free first month ends, unless you cancel before that charge is processed; and
recurring charges of $29.99 for each subsequent monthly membership period until cancellation.
You authorize these recurring charges without requiring Verelle Market to obtain a separate authorization for each individual monthly charge, except to the extent additional authorization is required by applicable law or payment-network rules.
If your payment method expires, is declined, or otherwise cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment information, or suspend or terminate your membership.
If you already have an active VIP Club membership, placing another order generally will not create a second VIP Club membership or a second recurring monthly membership charge for the same customer account.
We may use customer account information, email address, billing information, or other transaction information to identify an existing membership and prevent duplicate enrollment.
You may cancel your VIP Club membership at any time.

Where applicable law requires a particular cancellation method, we will provide or honor that method.
Cancellation stops future recurring VIP Club charges after the cancellation becomes effective. To avoid the next recurring charge, your cancellation must be completed before that charge is processed.
If you cancel during the free first month before the first $29.99 charge is processed, you will not be charged the first paid monthly membership fee.
Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law, cancellation after a membership charge has already been processed does not automatically entitle you to a refund or prorated refund for that membership period.
Canceling the VIP Club does not automatically cancel or refund a separate product order.
We may send you electronic communications regarding your VIP Club membership, including enrollment confirmation, billing information, membership benefits, renewal information, payment issues, cancellation information, or changes to the membership program.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and other contact information.
To the extent required by applicable law or payment-network rules, we will provide any notices required in connection with the conclusion of a free or promotional period, recurring charges, material changes, or cancellation rights.
VIP Club benefits may include, depending on the offer then available:
VIP or member pricing;
access to designated VIP products or catalogs;
exclusive or early access to selected products or releases;
priority processing;
promotional offers;
member-only bonuses;
discounts;
rewards;
special offers; and
other membership benefits made available from time to time.
The exact benefits available through the VIP Club are subject to change.
We may add, modify, substitute, suspend, limit, or discontinue individual VIP Club benefits from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Where applicable law requires notice regarding a material change to the membership program, we will provide such notice.
Changing membership benefits does not eliminate your right to cancel your membership.
VIP Club membership does not itself create a recurring shipment of the product or products contained in your original order.
Unless a separate product subscription is expressly disclosed, the $29.99 recurring charge is solely for VIP Club membership and membership benefits.
Subsequent product purchases may require separate payment in addition to the VIP Club membership fee.
We may suspend or terminate a VIP Club membership for reasons including:
unsuccessful recurring payment;
fraudulent activity;
misuse of membership benefits;
violation of these Terms;
abuse of promotions or discounts;
unauthorized resale activity; or
discontinuation of the VIP Club program.
If we discontinue the VIP Club program, we will handle recurring billing, prepaid amounts, and required notices in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any consumer right or impose any recurring charge in a manner prohibited by applicable law. If applicable law requires additional disclosure, consent, notice, confirmation, cancellation rights, or other procedures for a recurring membership, those requirements will control.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, natural disasters, government actions, address issues, import processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Estimated delivery times do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss may transfer to you upon delivery to the applicable carrier or as otherwise provided by applicable law.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, website designs, interfaces, software, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Verelle Market and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not, without our prior written permission, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, commercially exploit, or transmit any protected portion of the Services except as permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or a license to any intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Verelle Market names, logos, designs, product names, and slogans may constitute trademarks owned by or licensed to Verelle Market.
Shopify's names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of Shopify or its applicable licensors.
All other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We may provide access to tools, applications, software, or services provided by third parties.
We may not monitor, control, or have input into such third-party tools.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, access to third-party tools is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or endorsements from us.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate terms imposed by the applicable provider.
We may introduce additional tools, features, services, or resources in the future, which will also be subject to these Terms unless separate terms are provided.
The Services may contain links, integrations, materials, or functionality provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing the accuracy, reliability, security, products, services, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
If you access a third-party website or service, you do so subject to that third party's terms and policies.
We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from transactions you independently enter into with third parties.
Questions or complaints regarding third-party products or services should generally be directed to the applicable third party.
Verelle Market is powered in part by Shopify, which provides technology enabling us to operate portions of the Services.
Purchases made from Verelle Market are transactions between you and Verelle Market, except where expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Verelle Market and is not responsible for our fulfillment, product quality, customer service, membership program, returns, refunds, or other merchant obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and Verelle Market for which Shopify is not legally responsible.
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy as published on our website.
Because portions of the Services may be hosted or supported by Shopify and other service providers, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other third parties in order to provide, secure, analyze, and improve the Services.

You and Verelle Market consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts having lawful jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
